Born and raised in Louisiana, Janice attended Natchitoches Central High School and Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana.  After graduating with a degree in Merchandising and Business, she began her career in retail management, spending 34 years at Target and Dollar General.  She has called Youngsville home since 2015 and joined Coldwell Banker Trahan in 2023.  Over the years, she learned the importance of putting people first, while multi-tasking the many priorities of the team and business.  She did this with a high level of attention to detail and organization skills and is very proud of her strong listening skills and ability to be "in the moment".  Janice loved helping people achieve their personal and professional goals and has carried this love with her as a realtor.  She has always been passionate about real estate and hoped to make it her full-time commitment one day, and now absolutely loves helping people get to their next chapter in life.  She truly enjoys the process of helping determine what a client is looking for in a home, and then spending the time sourcing options that fit their criteria.  When not engaged in work, she enjoys spending time with her partner, John, daughters Alayna and Alexa, family, and friends. Janice loves traveling to places on her bucket list, spending time outdoors, and support her Saints.  At home, her yard is her happy place, along with her neighborhood gym, where her favorite classes are yoga, pilates, and weight training.
